in India is the tallest statue in the world, standing at a height of 182 meters
(597 feet). It is located in the state of Gujarat and was built in honor of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel
, a key figure in India’s independence movement and the country’s first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs. The statue was unveiled on October 31, 2018, and symbolizes unity, strength, and integrity.
The second tallest statue is the Spring Temple Buddha in China, with a height of 128 meters
(420 feet), located in the Henan province.
The third tallest statue is the Laykyun Sekkya in Myanmar, which stands at 116 meters
(381 feet), located in Khatakan Taung, depicting Buddha.
